- Where do you ship from?
- How quickly do items ship?
I ship an average of twice weekly (excluding Sundays). If there is any delay to this, I update my Tumblr, Twitter, and Instagram with shipping news regularly.
Please note there may be delays to this during winter months due to ice and snow, or summer months due to extreme heat.
- Do you ship globally?
I do! I have successfully shipped orders to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Japan, Australia, Germany, Poland, Italy, and elsewhere.
- How much is global shipping?
- Is there anywhere you cannot ship to?
- I received an email that my order shipped. How quickly will my items arrive?
Shipment emails mean your order has been received directly by a postal clerk. I do not include tracking. According to customers, shipping within the US takes between 2-10 days, though delays can occur. It is more difficult to gauge international orders, but feedback estimates a week to a week and a half for delivery, though it may take upwards of 8 weeks depending on the country.
- Do you offer bulk discounts/do wholesale?
For the purpose of resale by independent in-person businesses, please contact me directly to discuss wholesale pricing and resale permission. You can see here what shops carry my stickers. I am always interested in providing stock to shops!
For personal bulk purchases, you can always use code LUCKY8 for 18% off orders of 8+ items.
- Is packaging discreet?
Yes! All packaging is discreet. No symbols of LGBT merchandise is indicated on outside of envelopes. Envelopes are size A2 and made out of 100% recycled brown paper bag. These cannot be seen through, even when held up to direct light.
I use yellow bubble mailers for particularly large orders. These are 6 inch by 9 inch, cannot be seen through, and will never display the nature of the order on the outside.
- I made a mistake at checkout (incorrect address, wrong name, etc)! How can I fix this?
- Can you include a note (for orders that are gifts)?
If you would like me to include a (short) note in orders that are gifts, please include that in the "notes or instructions" section at checkout.
I do not include receipts or order costs.
- My order has not arrived yet. How should I contact you?
!!! I do not check social media DMs for shop concerns. Email is the only way to contact me about orders. !!!
- Who printed your stickers?
Where stickers are printed is included in the item bio of each listing. My two main manufacturers are stickerorchard and saturnstickers. Tell them sweatermuppet sent you!
- I missed out on a design I wanted! Will it be back in stock?
