Where do you ship from?

How quickly do items ship?

I ship a minimum of twice weekly (excluding Sundays). My average shipping speed is currently 2 to 3 days after an order has been placed, but may go to the post office in under 12 hours depending on when the order is placed. If there is any delay to this, I update my Tumblr, Twitter, and Instagram with shipping news quite often.

Please note there may be delays to this during winter months due to ice & snow.

Do you ship globally? 

I do! I have successfully shipped orders to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Japan, Australia, Germany, Poland, Italy, & many other countries. 

How much is global shipping?

International shipping starts at $1.50 USD for a single sticker. Shipping increases by 5 to 10 cents per sticker added. 

Is there anywhere you cannot ship to? 

Technically, no. I've had success in shipping to all states & countries received so far, but I do request that orders to mail rooms, especially college/university/campus mail rooms, be avoided when possible, as multiple mail rooms to schools have had issues receiving or misplacing orders. Secondary addresses are appreciated, such as a home address or a friend's address. Thank you for your understanding. 

I received an email that my order shipped. How quickly will my items arrive?

Shipment emails mean your order has been received directly by a postal clerk. I do not include tracking. According to customers, shipping within the US takes between 2-5 days, though delays can occur. It is more difficult to gauge international orders, but feedback estimates a week to a week and a half for delivery, though it may take upwards of 5 weeks depending on the country.

Do you offer bulk discounts/do wholesale?

For the purpose of resale by independent in-person businesses, please contact me directly to discuss wholesale pricing & resale permission. You can see here what shops carry my stickers. I am always interested in providing stock to shops!

Is packaging discreet?

Yes! All packaging is discreet. No symbols of LGBT merchandise is indicated on outside of envelopes. Envelopes are size A2 & made out of 100% recycled brown paper bag. These cannot be seen through, even when held up to direct light. 

I use yellow bubble mailers for particularly large orders (size of 50 or more stickers). These are 6 inch by 9 inch, cannot be seen through, and will never display the nature of the order on the outside. 

I made a mistake at checkout (incorrect address, wrong name, etc)! How can I fix this?

Please use the name you wish to appear on the OUTSIDE of your package at checkout. If there are any concerns about this, please leave a message in the "notes or instructions" box at the bottom of the checkout page and I will try to accommodate your needs. If you have already made a mistake at checkout, please contact me within 12 hours after your order with corrections via my contact page.

Can you include a note (for orders that are gifts)?

If you would like me to include a (short) note in orders that are gifts, please include that in the "notes or instructions" section at checkout. 

I do not include receipts or order costs. 

My order has not arrived yet. How should I contact you? 

If you suspect your order has been misplaced during transit, damaged, or arrived incorrectly, please contact me through my contact page (email). Please include your order number for ease of locating your order information.

Who printed your stickers?

Where stickers were printed is included in the item bio of each listing. My two main manufacturers are stickerorchard & saturnstickers

I missed out on a design I wanted! Will it be back in stock?

Most likely, yes! Designs will be restocked as supplies run low, but printing and shipping turnaround plays into how quickly a listing will be back in shop. Designs that I do not plan to restock will have "limited run! when they're gone, they're gone!" in their item bio.

I have an issue with an order made through your Bonfire shop. How can I resolve that?

As Bonfire is a print on demand company, I do not play a part in printing, packing, or shipping orders placed there and I cannot help resolve issues like sizing, misprints, or misplaced packages. Please contact Bonfire through their contact page as linked.
